These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you ("Customer") place an order through us on ancytree.com ("Website") and app.ancytree.com ("Web System") owned and operated by Ancytree AB, 559309-0987 ("Ancytree", "We", "Us", "Our").
Minors (as determined by the laws of the country where you are located) are not allowed to create an account. As a general rule, the Customer must be at least 18 years old or have a guardian's permission to create an account with Us.

Ancytree reserves the right to final sale of products and any pictorial or typographical errors on the Website, in advertisements or other marketing materials, such as errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices or incorrect information about whether a product is in stock. Ancytree reserves the right to correct any errors, change or update the information on the Website and to make continuous product changes and improvements.
When you complete your order, you accept our terms and conditions and an order confirmation will be sent to your specified email address. It is possible that this is classified as spam, please check your spam filter if you need it. Please check your order confirmation to ensure your order is correct, if you find any errors, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that all products will be manufactured according to your wishes and instructions or otherwise given a distinct personal touch when you complete your order. This means that you cannot cancel an order that you have accepted and completed. Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer and according to the conditions indicated on the Website. Our normal delivery times are 2-5 days. The Customer is required to collect or receive the delivery according to the instructions provided by Ancytree or the shipping company. Depending on the Customer's choice of delivery option, the Customer will receive a notification indicating where and when to pick up or receive the package. For packages that are not picked up or received, Ancytree has the right to charge a fee for the manufacture of the product and shipping fees that arise in connection with this.
Orders are subject to the prices indicated on the Website at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed or if circumstances clearly require otherwise. Ancytree's prices are stated in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT. Prices include normal shipping. Any additional shipping costs for priority or express delivery will be added at checkout before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to change prices, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
Ancytree may offer promotions and offers on various products. For products included in such offers, the preferential price or conditions apply for the period indicated on the Website or while stocks last. Discounts, promotions and offers cannot be combined with each other unless explicitly stated.
We offer card payment, PayPal, and Klarna. We accept VISA and MasterCard.

Right of withdrawal does not apply to specially adapted products
Our system requires you, the customer, to approve the design and layout before finalizing your order. We reserve the right not to offer a right of withdrawal for items that are made to the customer's specifications or that are uniquely designed to suit the customer's personal needs. Because of this, you have no right of withdrawal when ordering, which is hereby expressly pointed out. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product (except in situations where we cannot control misspelling, wrong text or wrong address, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will help you.
By subscribing to our newsletter, you authorize Ancytree to contact you by email with news, offers, competitions and promotions on our products. We pack each product with care and extra protection to ensure it is not damaged during transportation. Should the product still be damaged or delivered incorrectly when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation to rectify the fault free of charge. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product. The complaint must be sent immediately after discovering the problem.
Any faults and defects must always be reported to us with your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the fault. If we are unable to remedy the fault or supply a similar product, we will compensate you for the defective product in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping for approved claims. We reserve the right to refuse a claim if it turns out that the product is not defective and includes the product that you have accepted and approved when you finalized the order.

By shopping at Ancytree or using any of Ancytree's services, you agree to our privacy policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your data to third parties without a legal basis. Ancytree is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to process your order and during the times when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers. You can change and update your data on "My pages", otherwise you are welcome to contact us if you have any questions.
The customer is solely responsible for the content of the transmitted image files. The customer is assumed to have the necessary copyright, trademark or other rights for all transmitted files and images and for the archiving of image files. In the event of an infringement of such rights, the customer is obliged to release Ancytree from use by third parties. This is done in principle by assuming the debt towards the claimant. If the latter does not accept the debt issue, the Customer releases Ancytree from any kind of claim in the mutual relationship. In this case, the Client supports Ancytree to fend off the claim. The Client is responsible for the costs (legal aid, court costs, fines, etc.) incurred in connection with this.
